Groundwood Books will be publishing my bedtime story! The Best tells its story in the first person, from the point of view of a young child who has a goal, to say a just-learned multi-syllable word. Irene Luxbacher, known for her many children’s books and more, will be illustrating it. It’s due out in early 2028.
